ResumePedia believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the designer/writer and they have initiated the process of resume making.

1. Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order with ResumePedia at any time before the resume making process has commenced.

2. Requesting Cancellation: To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at info@resumepedia.in or the WhatsApp number. Please provide your order details for verification purposes.

3. Refund Eligibility: Cancellations made before the commencement of the resume making process are eligible for a full refund.

Refund Process

1. Refund Processing: Once your cancellation request is approved and verified, we will initiate the refund to the original method of payment within 2 business days.

2. Refund Amount: The refunded amount will be equivalent to the total amount paid for the resume writing service.

No Refunds After Resume Making Process Begins

1. Commencement of Services: Once the resume making process has started, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted, and refunds will not be provided.
